What is YBox & how does this whole subscription thing work?

Sign up for a subscription with us and we’ll deliver a surprising mix of Asian snacks in an elegant box straight to your doorstep monthly.

What do I get in my YBox?

It’s a delightful surprise every month! What we can promise is that every month, depending on your YBox size, you will receive snacks and/or drink(s) exceeding your expectations!

When will recurring payment occur?

Your payment method will be charged on the first day of the month according to your subscription plan. For example, payment for Month-to-Month plan will occur on the first day of each month. If you select the recurring 3 Month subscription plan, the payment will be processed on the first day of the month every 3 months (4 times a year).

When will my YBox ship?

YBoxes ship out on (and sometimes before) 23rd of each month. Orders placed between the 16th and the last day of the current month will be shipped out on the 23rd of following month.

You will receive an email confirmation along with the tracking information once your YBox has been shipped.

When is the cutoff to order this month’s YBox?

The 15th of the month is the last day to order this month’s YBox. For example, if you order on January 10th, your first YBox will be shipped on January 23rd. If you order on January 16th, your first YBox will be shipped on February 23rd.

When will I receive my YBox?

Our YBoxes ship out on (and sometimes before) the 23rd of each month. Your YBox will generally take 3 - 5 business days to arrive.

How does ‘Refer a Friend’ reward work?

For each friend you refer, $5 will be credited to your account. Send an invitation from your profile page and receive $5 credit once your friend has completed a subscription. The referred friend must not have previously subscribed with YBox under any email address or alias for your credit to be valid. YBox reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the operation of the Rewards program.

How to Redeem my Promo Code?

How does Skip-a-Month work?

If for any reasons you’d like to skip a month or two of your YBox subscription, you can simply visit the Subscriptions page and click on ‘edit’ and edit the subscription months you’d like to skip. You can skip up to 6 months for the upcoming months.

I don’t like my YBox, can I return my YBox?

YBox is nonrefundable and is ineligible for returns. You can, however, reach out to us at help@YBox.com and let us know what you didn't like about the box and what items you would like to see more of. We will gladly take your suggestions into consideration for our future boxes.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We'd hate to see you leave, but you can terminate your subscription at any time without any reasons. Go to Subscriptions, click on “Details” and select cancel subscription. Please make sure to cancel your subscription before your billing date (first day of the month) to avoid renewing your subscription for the next cycle.

Can I purchase just one YBox?

We do not offer standalone YBoxes. If you would like to purchase only one YBox, you could subscribe and cancel your subscription after the first YBox. By doing so, you will only be charged for one month’s YBox. Also, we may offer past boxes for sale at Yamibuy.com, you may search for “YBox” at yamibuy.com and find if there’s a YBox available.

Can I request snacks that are only vegetarian/ gluten-free/ meat-free?

Unfortunately, we cannot customize the snack collection in Ybox. We’re a small operation and only create three snack plans according to the package size. However, we will put this suggestion into consideration and hopefully have a YBox of such kind in the future.

What kinds of ingredients are included in my YBox?

You are able to check out the ingredients of the snacks on our website (ybox.com) or under My Boxes once the YBox is shipped. In addition, you can also find the information in the shipment confirmation email along with a flyer inside the YBox.

What is this ‘mystery gift’ you speak of?

Every month, in every YBox, we include a small non edible gift as a way of saying thank you for your support and subscription to Ybox.

Why are you sold out?!?!?!

YBox is currently limited and each record is a one time pressing, so we do not make more if we sell out. Due to popular demand, our YBox typically sell out quickly. However, all the snacks we provide in a Ybox can be found on yamibuy.com. If you’ve missed out on this month’s YBox, shop at yamibuy.com and stock up on your munchies.

I never recieved my YBox! Why?! How can you do this to me!!

If you haven’t received your YBox. please contact us at help@YBox.com or call 888-710-9269. We’re more than happy to help you figure out what happened. Although we are unable to control what happen during shipping, we will do our best to ensure that you receive your YBox as soon as possible.

What do I do if my YBox arrived damaged?

We will do our best to pack your YBox with as much goodies as possible and at the same time make sure it is damage-free from the travel. However, we are unable to control the condition while it is on it’s way to you, so if you do receive damaged goods in your YBox, please contact us at help@YBox.com and we will take care of you!

Is YBox offered internationally?

At this time, YBox is only available in the continental US.

How do I contact YBox?

Auto-renewal and cancellation policy?

Unless specified otherwise, all subscriptions will automatically renew on the 1st of the month either monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly or yearly depending on your subscription plan. You may cancel your subscription anytime by sending us an email at help@YBox.com. In order to cancel your subscription for the month, you must email your cancellation request before the 15th of the month.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your delivery address any time by either logging into your YBox Online Account or by sending us an email at help@YBox.com. In order to affect a particular month's shipment, you must submit your address change prior to the 15th of the month.
